It can be a daunting experience finding the right counsellor and so I offer an introductory online call via Zoom. This will be 15-20 minutes long so we can discuss any questions you may have about counselling and the way i work. This is your opportunity to discuss expectations of counselling and find out if I would be a good fit for you.

Sessions are charged at £60 for a 50 minute session. I offer both short term and long term therapy and there is no minimum number of sessions required.
